What are the consequences of not having a valid HSE card?

The company will be ordered by the Labour Inspection Authority to obtain an HSE card as soon as possible. If the company fails to do so, the Labour Inspection Authority may refuse to allow employees to work until an HSE card has been obtained. Particularly serious cases will be reported to the police and may lead to imprisonment for up to 3 months.
