Why is an HSE card necessary?
The HSE cards identify the employee and employer, and the scheme thus helps to prevent social dumping, undeclared work and other illegal working conditions. It has also been shown that unscrupulous operators disappear to a greater extent, as it is more difficult for them to gain a competitive advantage.
